A lot of people ask me, "Josh, what is going to happen when I go?" and I tell them, "fuck if I know."

The lights will blind your already blurred vision as you walk around the streets of Tokyo continuing to drink beer. You'll notice the first words you learn are excuse me as you constantly bump into the crowds of people. You'll come in contact with others and the mixed feelings they have for you, those who idolize you, girls who want to make half Japanese versions of you, people who want to buy you whatever you want and as hard as it is to believe some people might hate you. All the Japanese girls will want to have sex with you because you are a foreigner. All the older Japanese on the train won't want to sit next to you because you are a foreigner. You'll find the greater Tokyo area, like Shibuya, having an unreal feeling to it all. Tokyo is how you'd imagine the future to look. You will lose track of time, you will forget to eat, your nights in Tokyo will seem the length of two nights and the memories made will last forever. In the daytime Tokyo seems to be busy with people who have something to do, everyone is only out to run errands, working in most cases. You sleep during the daytime in Tokyo and spend every night in the big city, far away from any ancient temple.

Tokyo, Japan, will leave any mind changed no matter what large city you've traveled to before. Japanese girls will run to you on the street. It seems that not thinking during such times is one of the biggest problems that occur with people like you and me in Japan. When people hear stories of how they will be worshiped and seen as an idol to many over there they are faced with an uncontrollable amount of excitement. Tourists tend to be so absorbed in it all that they forget, during their entire trip, why they traveled and what they had wanted to do in Tokyo, Japan. And what are you supposed to do once you sleep with Japanese girls that you used to dream about sleeping with? What are you supposed to do once you no longer have to pay for food? What are you supposed to do when you can have whatever you want? What's the answer? Just keep breathing, keep doing it, just live and do what feels right.
